This concerns me. Every single night for two weeks does not sound like sleep paralysis to me. Yes, record it if you can. At the very least you'll find out if it does show up or not. As an investigator I'm certain you are aware of the fact that entities can draw on the energy of batteries and drain them to manifest.
Sometimes things do follow us home. What worries me is the fact that you feel you are going insane. Exhaustion and feeling crazy are weaknesses. That is the chink in your armour an entity can use for possession. You said it's been four months since your last investigation. Have you done any renovations, or brought anything home in the past few weeks? Perhaps bought a piece of art, or jewelry, or something handmade? It can even be a piece of furniture.
