Being Sensitive and what goes with it.

I’ve had some people show interest in the fact I’m a sensitive. So... I asked the mod if I could post some information (what I know so far) about it here to answer everyone at once, and at the same time include some experiences I’ve had with it.

It almost sounds like a child. One from a time BEFORE headphones, and they're fascinated with them. Curious about them, trying to not be noticed by you but wanting to know more about the headphones. Next time you see them move very calmly and in a normal voice say something like, "They're headphones. I can listen to music with them and it won't bother anyone else in the room." Maybe even try, "Would you like to listen to music?" Plug them in, put on music. See if anything happens. After that just occasionally talk to it. It might eventually let you know why it followed you. To find out if it is trying to communicate I'd try a little tape recorder if you have one. If not maybe setting a digital camera down, and let it video tape you talking to it? It might capture it.

This spirit may have clung to you feeling a sense of security with you. You said you had that darker experience. It's not uncommon for a darker spirit to dominate weaker ones. Perhaps it sensed that the friendly one stayed around you, and that angered it. Which could be why the other one followed you home. As sensitives we can be a magnet, like I said. And it sounds like you're strong enough that the darker one knew it couldn't dominate you. It tried to scare you, but it doesn't sound like you let it win. :)

You can certainly inquire around. Most places have a few people who give psychic readings, read tarot, or something of the like. Making a few phone calls can tell you if one of them would be willing to come to your place and read the energy there. I assume this only really happens at your place? If it happens at work or elsewhere sometimes then perhaps going to see the psychic first might give you some information.

Hmmm... sounds like he tried to talk to you. It takes immense energy for a spirit to manifest or make something happen. Limestone and quartz can magnify those energies. Maybe putting a few crystals around will help your little visitor gain some strength. You could also try a radio, not set to a channel per se, but on static. Some believe spirits (which are energy themselves) can connect to and manipulate the sound waves, and sometimes even other electrical things. If you're curious about who he is try this:

Take paper and pen. Talk to him. "Hi, my name is... I would like to know your name. Is it..." and write out names. If you pay 'listen' to the energies around you you might actually feel a shift in it when you hit the right name. "Oh, so... is your name! Nice to meet you. How old are you?" and write ages. You might learn a lot. :) You could even say, "were you the boy in that dream I had that time?" write yes and no, and see which that shift falls on. Have the headphones on the desk. "If you want, you can move the headphones to say yes and leave them alone to say no." Let me know how it goes.

You have a laptop? Can the webcam be set to take photos every few seconds for a few minutes? If so try doing so every now and then and see if you catch anything in the photos.

Most crystals are benign. You charge them yourself. They don't attract anything sinister. I have some myself. :) If you'd like just find a nice necklace made with quartz. You can find some in many places. They're kind of trendy too so it's all good. And actually some crystals are protective. So are lilac flowers. In olden days people would plant lilac bushes all around the house to ward off evil. Quite frankly, I love their smell, and they are my favourite flower. I keep cuttings in my room during lilac season, and I want to learn to make an extract from them to use around my room and put in my shampoo and favourite liquid soap. :)

As they need energy you can tell him to use the energy from a radio or camera or flashlight.
