I've always had activity in my home but last summer I think I brought an entity home with me after a roadtrip ( Read more... )

have you contacted a paranormal group? to me she sounds like a demon. if she can change form, you can't say her name, left 3 scratches, and she followed you it doesn't sound like the innocent spirit of a girl attached to a house. be careful. the 3 scratches thing is associated with demons, and you aren't supposed to say their names because it gives them power. not to mention the obvious horns. also she is not moving like a human. a human can only be a human, they cannot become angels or demons, so if she is not human she never was a human. i would advise you to contact a priest and/or paranormal group.

I am well aware of this and have considered contacting a paranormal group. I'm not sure if I want to do this or not, as I have read of cases where the entity became angered or the situation escalated after bringing an investigative or religious group into the mix.

I've caught EVP in my house before but nothing to brag about (a voice asking "What?" in a hoarse whisper when my ex fiance and I were asleep), so I know that a PG would probably have a blast, but still. At this point she's not being threatening (anymore) and hasn't "bothered" me for nearly a year, so I'm just not sure I want to mess things up.

I agree with this advice, also.
When you contact a priest, have them cleanse the house. You could always do it yourself of course, if you know what you're doing. But if you fail, the activity would probably just get worse.

My thoughts exactly. Do you ever smell sulphur or matches around the house? That's another sign of a demon ( ... )

Also, demons feed off a few different things: chaos, sorrow, and healing energy. This may explain why she was only around when guys were just moving in or out. When things are "normal" and steady, there's nothing for her to eat. She had to go elsewhere.

This. I've been trying for the last few days to think of a polite and non-judgmental sounding way to say this... but it sounds like the OP has had a lot of live-in boyfriends in the relatively short span of time since the creature came home with her. A life like that has got to be chaotic and emotionally charged and it wouldn't make sense for a creature who fed on such things to *not* stay with such a person. The wardings and what not are a sensible idea but she also needs to stop getting into the situations this being thrives on.
