Try this:

Lemon juice, a good dollop of honey and boiling water in a mug. best thing for a cold.

Honey has natural healing properties.

Really? never heard of that... and I dont think we even own any honey... =/ hmmm but it doesnt sound like it would help. Isn't there like lots of Vitamins and like types of the good Glucose. [oh gah im using science class!]
I put lemon juice in my Ice Tea and I drink like a ton of that so mabey that helps!
I like slept till 3pm today and miss out on my PT appt but the sleep feels good!

Anytime my friend.

Honey contains someting called Propolis (I think) which is said to have healing properties, you find it in creams tht have honey in them for anti ageing as well

Keep drinking the lemon juice it has lots of vitamin C in it and can only do you good.
