Anyway, this is Miri again ~ trying a take two with the General here. Only this time decidedly male and from a later timeline. He's from after Advent Children, though before DoC~ He's been revived from the Lifestream by the Goddess and is currently recovering from insanity and all those actions he took while suffering that god/messiah complex of his.
Before his arrival here, Genesis was attempting to teach him just what normal life was all about., part of that was getting the man out of his uniform and cutting his long ass hair... so yeah, the man is not going to have all of his hair when he does arrive. Unless I'm convinced to modify the date of his being yanked here anyway~ This likely also means the only things that are from that iconic uniform that will be coming with him is the coat, sword and those black leather gloves. The rest is likely to be *gasp* normal casual clothing that Genesis has effectively forced him into.
