Me: ok... can you tell me your domain name?
Customer: I TOLD YOU WHAT YOU NEEDED TO DO!!! I AM NOT GONNA GIVE YOU MY DOMAIN NAME... I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING UNTIL YOU FIX MY WEBSITE!!!
Me: sir... if you don't tell me your domain name name then I can't go to your website to see whats wrong with it.
Customer: YOU DON'T NEED NEED TO GET A ATTITUDE WITH ME!!!
Me: sir... i need to pull up your information so i can log onto your server. so can you tell me your domain name? if you can't then I can't help you. what would you like to do?
Customer: well.. ok then.. its blah.com
Me: well, lets see whats going on... (takes me 2 mintutes to figure out that this guy let him domain name expire) sir.. you let your domain name expire. you need to renew that and after it has propagated back through.
Customer: oh... um.... ummm...um...
