A Mass Medicinal Prescription

Those charged with minding the store are just robbing the till

Abandoned visions of my dreams lay intoxicated in the gutter of my memory, struggling to breathe and barely detectable by the passing foot traffic of my exterior thought. 10,000 advertisements later I am a wreck of mortal proportion, contemplating the messiness associated with how complex the evolution of life has become. Dismantle my provocations so that I may fall in line with the rest, a taunt-less degenerate with a mind numbing gaze, who only seeks for "happiness" and never begs for the truth. A heart attack and your hands around my neck- the sky has become dark and I will never wake up, Young blood. I ask myself, what will I settle for? Where will satisfaction exist? In my meek and often misunderstood perception?
All I can do is keep asking what is the bigger picture?
All I can do is keep asking why?
All I can do is keep asking why?
All I can do is keep asking why?
All I can do is keep asking why?
concluding in question,
like cataloging every grain of sand on an undiscovered shore.
