Yet another visit to the mad world of Bob's Woods. Interested parties (read: insomniacs) should convene in the Cotuit Road Parking lot. Tikigods and myself (and possibly mofomisfit as well, should he find some balls between now and then..:) will be there around one. We're heading into the woods at 1:30, so if you're too late you're on your own. As always, bring a flashlight and any religious icons that make you feel safe- you know, if you're into that sort of thing.
Directions for y'all-
Coming from the Hyannis area, take Rt. 6. Get off at exit 3. Take a right onto Quaker Meeting House Rd. Follow several miles until you reach a stoplight. Take a left onto Cotuit Rd. After a few miles you'll see a cranberry bog on your right. The parking lot is a few yards after the bog. At one time there was a big brown sign reading RYDER CONSERVATION but it was knocked down last winter and I don't know if they put it back up. Anyway, immediately after the parking lot there is a small cemetery so if you see that you've gone a bit too far and you should turn around.
