Happy Holidays everyone! I'm on a short break from my pet-sitting until the weekend, and though I'm happy to be in my own bed, I miss parking in a garage. So far (knock on wood), there hasn't been any scraping of ice or frost off the car early in the morning. I'm a person who likes to eek out as much sleep as possible and I don't always plan for the weather.
New job still sucks. Boss is off until Thursday and it's raining. It's cold and depressing looking out this big old window onto a crap neighborhood and parking lot. At least I have my space heater running, the radio blasting and I've been spending most of the work day reading slash. My procrastination will bite me in the ass tomorrow as I scramble to sort through all the stuff that needs to be done before he comes back, but I don't really care. This job has way too much customer contact and I hate it. Enough venting. Just had to purge myself there!
Just wanted to send out a note that I'm alive and all my flist entries and stories are helping me through the day. Haven't had a chance to comment on the wonderful stories yet, but hope to soon. At least I'm catching up on all the multi-chapter stories. I'd rather do it at my own computer in my jammies though! Hugs everyone!
