Hail all,
Firstly, a bold mighty HAIL to Adam the Red for posting the entire Farewell Concert on Youtube!

Second, we've had to postpone the release of the new album- currently, it should hit Itunes September 1st. I had hoped to have it out before I left, but between prepping for the farewell concert and packing, it just can't be done and be done right.

Currently, the songs on the album are as follows, and of course, are in no particular order:

Karma
Green
Crossroads
Frostbite
Cold
Love Song #9
City of Fallen Angels
Hookers and Blow
The Ghost of Johnny Cash
All Souls
Gasoline

Boyd has done some killer solos, we had Kristy Hanson back to do female vocals, and all in all, this one is turning out nicely. Aside from the drum kit, the entire album was recorded at R2H Studios, located in my living room. Quite a pleasant change to do everything at home- much easier on the nerves, and much more cost effective.

Song wise... I realize I've been somewhat known for singing about Death, but this one feels different. Primarily because most of these are conversations with Ghosts. Sometimes the dead speak louder than the living. Some of these songs are autobiographical, some merely biographical, and some are "What if..." I will leave it to the listener to decide which is which.

It's been a good project to work on. I'm a little sad to see it this close to being finished, but then again- I'm even more excited to work on the next project. Now that one will be something else... but aren't they all?

NMFTS!
