So my photographer for my wedding cancelled on me and now Im in desperate need of one. Im a photographer so I know how important  pictures are to people and these pictures are HIGHLY important to me so I want someone who is dedicated. That being said, my budget is pretty small considering Im a working mom but if your looking to build your portfolio
