Life is wonderful
I had been having problems with one of my classes (Senior Seminar) and I decided after much hand wringing to drop the class. I really didn't want to and it upset me that I had to after the time and effor that I put into that class thus far. I dropped it after speaking with the department chair of the history department and he deducing that the major issue that I had was with the professor and not the class. She didn't want to work within my schedule (she would only talk to me in person and it's kinda hard when you have a life/other classes). She also wasn't willing to work with me on any subject that I came up with or guide me toward something in some field of history. Plus I hear from other students that she's not a good professor to have. So now I have free nights on Tuesday and Thursday but they really aren't free. Just free from classes, I still have rehearsal and Rhion's soccer practice and girl scouts.
I met Rob yesterday for the first time since knowing him in 2003. He's as tall as I thought and such a sweety. Hopefully his interview at the med school here went well and he gets asked to attend the college. Then I can corrupt him nearby and send him on his way. Ta.
