Can't seem to sleep...
I've had a crappy day today, I feel quite depressed actually and incredibly tired and yet I can't seem to fall asleep so I thought I'd answer reallycorking's interview. If you'd like me to interview you, comment and say so -- I will ask you 5 questions, and then you answer them in your journal and make the same offer.
1. Who is your favorite Potter character? Why?
It's a tough question since there are so many characters and they all make the books so it's hard to pick one, but of course, I'm going to have to say Draco. I love both canon! and fanon! Draco because on one hand, he's a spoilt brat and bully but who still makes me laugh and like him and on the other, he's a sex god! Lol, seriously the fandom has made Draco something close to the sexy bad boy stereotype and well... how can you resist? :)
2. If you could time travel, would you go to the past, or the future?
Well since I study archaeology I'd have to say the past. I would just love to time travel back to Ancient Egypt and ask those idiots just what they were thinking when they invented the most complicated writing in the world!!! Seriously though, visiting Egypt or even Greece during the Antiquity period and seeing the monuments in all their splendour and not the ruins that they are today would be simply fantastic! I would also probably like to go back within my own past and change a couple of things... especially during my high school years! But who wouldn't? :)
3. What's your favorite beverage?
Apple juice! I use to live off the stuff until it made me incredibly sick, but I still love it and drink it :) My favourite alcoholic beverage is a french martini cocktail, but I hardly ever drink those since they're usually quite expensive to order in bars.
4. What was your favorite childhood toy?
I don't have a specific toy I used to play with all the time... I had a lot more cuddly toys than actual play toys, but the ones I used to play with non-stop when I was a kid were My Little Ponies! I absolutely hated Barbies, but I had a whole collection of My Little Ponies which I cherished and loved dearly :p
5. Do you have any guilty pleasures?
I HAVE to eat chocolate at least once a day and when it's not Swiss or Belgian chocolate then it's usually a Bounty. Otherwise, I smoke from time to time when I feel like it... and yes, I know, it's bad and I will quit eventually :)
So that's it guys! Since I have quite a few new people on my flist, I thought this might be a fun way to get to know you guys better :)
On faspellcast matters, I've just spent the last hours talking with robertstandring (Happy birthday again!) about the next episode and I can't say anything yet, but it's gonna be huge and just SOOO much fun!!!
