Mariachi Madness
Jay and I had a fabulous time on our trip to Canadia. We saw a gay couple holding hands while walking down the street. Shortly after "the gays" past us we saw a couple tripping over eachother trying to catch a glimpse of the homos. I guess it doesn't matter where you go, there will always be people too worried about everyone elses life.
Our hotel room had a 2 person jacuzzi tub, what else can I say?
One morning we spent 47 dollars on 2 breakfasts at Denny's.
We each took a victor and went to a Casino that was right across the street from our hotel. After Jay chugged his beer, the hot casino, beer and victor made him feel ill. He left the casino so he didn't chuck all over an old woman wearing too much french perfume. Between both nights in the casino I lost about 160 dollars, but that's what I was anticipating to spend.
We could see the American and Horseshoe falls from our bedroom window. We could also see the town of Niagara from our hotel and New York across the way. It was beautiful. At night they light the American Falls and that too is beautiful.
We went to a great cafe called, Cafe Tu Tu Tango. It rocked! It was designed to look like a loft in Barcelona. There were paintings from local artists all over the walls and they were for sale. There were several young entertainers walking around eating fire, juggling and telling jokes. They also only served appetizers, so you had to order several different items to equal a meal. I didn't mind that because you got to try several different dishes instead of only one. I had salmon, ribs and chicken all prepared in a way I've never had. Oh! and there was house music. Everybody was happy.
Jay is hovering around me cleaning and organizing. I think he wants me to get off the computer. I guess I should let him use it.
