I guess sex and banking for young people go hand in hand. A lot of our clients are Sparkassen (savings bank?) in Sachsen that want to youthify their images and we help them do just that, by organizing festivals and cool, hip events featuring whatever latest asshole who releases some annoying single that becomes a ringtone that haunts me in my nightmares because the Jamba commercials for it run like 50 bajillion times a day.
Today I was had to do some research because we're trying to put together a jury to judge a band contest that's going to be part of our summer event. The winning band will be one of the opening acts for the festival and get their song or whatever pressed up on vinyl or cd or whatever. My boss told me to go to the Sparkasse website to find an article about this vinyl pressing company. As usual, she didn't go into any particular details about where the article was on the website...so I kinda had to look through it all and during my search I stumbled upon, not only a lot of "helpful" dating and music tips, but also this "Sexikon", which made me chuckle.
Partly because I know that someone in this office is responsible for writing the content held within.
But mostly because of definitions, such as the following:
Fotze
Eine hässliche und diskriminierende, häufig von Männern und seltener von Frauen benutzte Umschreibung für die weibliche Scheide, die auch häufig beim Sexualverkehr zur akustischen Stimulation benutzt wird.
Ok, so if you don't speak German, Fotze basically translates into English as cunt...and I must admit, the Sparkasse in Aue-Schwarzenberg has just about the classiest definition for a vulgar euphemism for the word vagina out there...thanks to us.
I dunno about your credit institution, but even though I know for a fact that there's a Fotze or two at the Deutsche Bank ... I'm pretty sure they would never gimme such a good answer if I asked them to define it.
