I don't understand why my plant is holding onto me when I want to transfer to a plant that has an opportunity/need for me. 2 weeks ago my plant said they wouldn't let me go until March. now apparently the plant manager said end of fiscal (June).
OK, so transferring is like quitting. let me go before I leave the company.
So worst case scenario: western IL in June. best...yet to be determined.
