I am kind of bummed right now.  I just found out that I am unemployed this summer until I can find a new job.  TN can’t hire me back on since they have guys laid off and it would not look good hiring a college kid when they can’t even feed their kids.  Do I understand? Sure I do but; does not mean it sucks for me and also puts me in a hard place.

The condition is BRAND NEW, and you don't need any software. Plug it in with the cable that is included and it shows up as a drive. Just drag and drop if please. I use a program called musicmonkey to list to music and he can upload music to my ipod as well as this type of mp3 play with a click of a botton. So depends on what software you use.

would it work with windows media player, or yahoo music engine. or both?

I can't say since I don't know how either of those programs work. If the windows media player allows you to sync with a device then i might. I am only guessing here since I don't use either of those programs.

CASH is the only thing I am willing to accept. I will be in allendale from about 12:30 till 5pm. I am only free from 12:30 till 2 though to meet. If you wanted to meet in one of the main buildings that would be cool. I will be in Mackinaw at 2pm so a building close to that would be great.

I work until 2:15. I am also on campus all day tomorrow if today wont work. Does the mp3 player come with a charger or does it take batteries and what kind. Also do you have the packaging?

I was referring to tomorrow (Tuesday) in my email. I am not on campus on Monday since I live downtown. Are you free on Tuesday from 12:30ish to 2? if not I have class ending at 3:50 and starting at 4pm in the large lecture hall in henry hall. You could always meet me new my class, since I don't do anything in that class anyway. Just trying to give some options.

It seems to charge by plugging into the computer. It has an internal battery so worries there. It is in the brand new package never opened.

I don't have the brand, like I said it is a china knock of the ipod nano. 12:45 works great for me, truing to think of a place were there are not TONS of people just walking around to make it hard to find each other. How, about if the student services building since it is centrally located and won't be busy? Let me know if you have any objections, if not I will see you at 12:45 tomorrow (Tuesday). I don't know about the instructions. I have a couple of these, and I opened one when I got them and played with it is was pretty self explanatory. But I think there might have been some very simple instructions.

No I do not because I was given an ipod video for christmas. I would if I did not have my ipod.
