Snow and Drunk
Well either it is because of the snow or someone is drunk. And even maybe put them both together and what do you get. Someone that comes down my block which is a no outlet and somehow finds there way into turning it into a no longer no outlet road. There is a about 15ft or so between the end of my street and another. They run perpindiculer to each other. So with a hop of a couple curbs and going over a side-walk, missing the fire hydren, trees, and power pole. I would say it is very possable to make my road a no longer one way, no outlet. I think I may even takes some photos of the tire tracks, just to bad I was the only that was able to see it.
