He's very sympathetic and kind, but canon also shows him as being overbearing and childish as well as treating Taiwan and some of the other Asians like children. Not to mention, well, you don't know how... complicated the history between China and Taiwan is, okay? It's not just a thing about her being an horrible bitch to himn for the lulz.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh God. In the CANON she gets along well with Japan (perhaps the best out of everyone, except for maybe Vietnam), but she also interacts with others and doesn't cling to him. She's not even remotely a Clingy Jealous Girl over him, as much she wants him to tell her she looks cute during the time she dressed up as a Japanese Virtual Idol. Never has Taiwan seriously clung to Japan, and the closest to an exception is the whole "stay away" deal with China which, as said above, is a mere one-panel gag. It does NOT define her whole personality.
And what have we said about taking fanon and passing it as canon? That it's stupid and ridiculous. It's not Taiwan the character's fault that some fans portray her as this or that.

WHY. She kinda likes Japan, but has never ever been a bitch to Greece. She doesn't interact with him! It would be hilariously cute if it did happen. If Greece and Japan fell in love, I think that as long as Japan doesn't fully ditch her and Greece makes him happy, Taiwan would let them be. Not to mention, you don't mention Turkey who HAS been angry at Greece talking to Japan and taking him to his land in canon, or other male charas like America or England who also appear in many Japan strips -- which adds a layer of stereptypical yaoi fangirl misogyny. And we yaoi fans who like female charas or at least minimally respect them don't want morons like you here.
