I had responded to luna_hoshino's defense of female characters, but I had been a week late to the party so no luck getting a response thus far at least. I admit I'm guilty of saying stuff against the opposite sex due to their behavior. But this has to do with personal issues. (Which is why am I upset at the opposite sex even though they're in a similar boat to ( Read more... )

First of all, shut up. You're making yourself look really stupid. Second of all, this rant sounds like a gigantic stereotype of women. Women can be temperamental, humorous, a good sales person, and rebellious. There isn't some kind of rule saying that all women act the same. Saying "well, most of the time" or "that's how the girls at my school act" does not count either. You did not survey the entire female population about their lives, and you have no fucking clue about the lives of your peers. For all you know, they could be completely different from what you see of them at school or work. Therefore, it is ridiculous to say that all or most women file under your generalizations. Also, don't even bother posting the some bullshit statistics either. Unless you've surveyed the entire female population you wouldn't know if 80% or 50% of women act in a certain way.

Women can be manipulative, but men can be just as manipulative as women. I'd also like to inform you that the following reasons do not count as manipulative: A female going to a boss or the school administration, because a male student happened to be sexually harassing or stalking her does NOT count as manipulative. A female rejecting a male for any reason is NOT being manipulative even if the reason is for financial reasons or physical appearance. It is unfair to judge a woman clearly on the men or women she chooses to date. Please, do not try to pass these off as manipulative. I'm not saying that you did, but I've seen both men and women (yes, it is possible for women to be misogynist as well) use this as an excuse to blame the female gender for being manipulative.

Women also are not always spoiled. Of course, some are, but definitely not all or even most. It is an unfair judgment. I'd like to note that in some cultures, women are treated horribly. I could hardly call their lives spoiled. In America, not all women are spoiled either. A lot of women (as well as men) live in poverty in America. It's very hard to spoil someone if you've got nothing to give. You haven't done studies or surveyed the entire female and male gender. Therefore you cannot make a conclusive argument on the subject.
