I have a dirty not-really-secret: I like stupid "what character from [series] are you like?" quizzes. Even though they're often stupid, and easy to cheat on, and written with all the grammatical and spelling talents of a monkey on crack, I still like them

ARGH, YES. I find that the Mega Man fandom suffers from some really weird stereotypes. X is always either 1) invincible, or 2) whiny sobby girly hold-me-Zero. Zero is 1) invincible, 2) strong seme!Zero to girly!X, or 3) Complete asshole.

And now, they're doing it to Axl. I love that kid (har, robot kid), and it pains me to see his character simplified so crudely. Stupid fangirls. =(

Finding good fanfiction is like pulling teeth. Everything seems to be either 1) a GREAT NEW THREAT arises in the most spectacularly predictable way possible, 2) cheap potshots at Zero's hair, or 3) hot robot yaoi.

I've actually seen uke!Zero, though. To Dynamo's seme. That was kinda...disturbing.

I admit Axl rubbed me the wrong way at first, but I think it's just because his voice actor in X7 was...well...horrible. Once I got to Command Mission and X8, though, he became awesome, and now he's one of my absolute favorites.
