(no subject)
i started writing this on the way to nyc, and needless to say, there was no wireless internet most of the time, so enjoy this recap:
REALLY LONG POST OK.
9:42 pm:
so im on my way to new york. a friend of mine, ryan, is going to pick up a piano somewhere i dont know, but he needed some help with driving and what not, so a few friends of mine all piled on his parents huge SUV and we took off. ive already lifted a bunch of cashews and donuts from a few gas stations and it just feels nice to lay back and enjoy the ride. ive decided to keep track of our progress and basically itll give me something to do when im not uploading photos.
ryan and i being sad because the battery almost died
some graveyard across the street from a gas station we stopped at.
2:02am
wilco is playing and things are great. ive stolen more chips and we have come across something called “cream ale” which basically tastes like cheap ass beer. its all good though. we are somewhere in penn. and i think the mile markers say around 200.
4:25 am
so after zoning out to fleetwood mac, it occurred to us that cars need gas. seeing it was around 4am, our brains were a little shot. so we pulled over at a gas station, i stole a breakfast sandwhich and we all got stoned at precisley 4:20, how classy. so yes america, im stoned and very happy to be writing this. i smell a dance party.

so we’ve arrived in nyc and im currently abusing somebodies wireless internet on long island at ryans grandparents house. all of us are a little frazzled but quite excited to be here. im actually getting the best signal sitting on the toliet. hah. we are getting ready to go to ryans aunt’s house to go get that wonderfully free piano that brought us all here.
so far what ive stolen about 20 bucks worth of snack food.

3:53 pm sunday
well after we left ryan’s grandparents, we headed over to ryan’s great aunt’s house to pick up what we all came here for. the piano moved pretty easy. then after some amazing lasagna, we headed out to bedford bklyn. wandered around for a while then headed into manhattan. we all got a little touristy and went into times square. everybody got pretty tipsy and we wandered around toys’r’us of all places. we split up and half of us (stephan, derek, myles, carly and myself) went to the village and tried to find don hils so we could go to mis shapes, which is basically like club versace and the clampdown and ladies 80’s all put together but with the most hipsters ive EVER seen in one room. halariousness all around. we went to get in and found out it was 21+. Derek, the man of the hour, sweet talked us into the club, with help of some bribery. once in, we saw someone from my chemical romance, whatever is left of as four and sophia lamar, who myles set out to meet the second he got out of ohio. after dancing till about 4 am, we all headed back and tried our damndest to get back to long island, needless to say, it took us till about 6:30. so now, we are back on the L.I.E. and headed for the buckeye state. gonna take on last look of manhattan and wave a little and maybe blow a cute little kiss goodbye.
