Aiyah this car, not that expensive what. $130K, i think? Or a bit more? I don't know. Anything cheaper than a $200K BMW that can go very fast is considered a good buy. :p

it's an excellent buy! but honda integra going even cheaper now... but somehow because of a certain incident which i shall not mention *ahem* i am not going to get it even if its at half price. anyway i am digressing

yup definitely a good buy but at my current budget, its way out of line. at 10% downpayment, i still need to fork out 1k plus every month and that's too siong for me.

RX-8 is not that ex. Those who can afford a 1.6l can usually stretch themselves a little to get that car. It's just the maintenance and petrol that's killing.

the cheapest 1.6 in the market is those korean cars going for around 49k. rx8 is 130k... that's a lot of top up you have to do. in fact, the nearest comparison with saloons are the 2.0 cat... the most expensive being honda accord at around 98k. which is still a jump away from rx8.

but of course if you earning big bucks those are minor consideration after all.

in singapore, every 100 meters or so you get a traffic light, how fast do you want to drive? As long as the car is reliable and can drive, I think that is all that is needed.
