Now this was the life, as far as Ryu was concerned. Far from any city, the only light provided to him and his companion were from the stars above, the moon, and the fire crackling a few feet away from him. The campsite was set up with Ryu's usual attention to detail that came with years of life outdoors. Life after defeating Myria was something he was still getting used to, but with the experiences he's had, and the people he met, going through with it still felt like the right thing to do, and he had no regrets.
"It's quiet, isn't it?" He said with a smile, flicking a small piece of wood into the fire. "I could never live in a city for very long. There's no way I could give up this sort of life."
In reality, the boy didn't know where his travels could take him. World's End was almost a distant memory, but he could still recall the friends he made there, and swore to himself if he ever found them again, he would defend them from whatever tried to mess with them. There was still the matter of sorting out how the King of Wyndia felt about him, but that would have to wait. One thing was for sure, though. He had no set idea on where he wanted to go.
"What about you?" He turns and asks. "Why'd you decide to come out here?"
