so, i just did a complete 180 with my sleep pattern, and now my abs and biceps are sore. and i don't see the connection.
in a few hours, i'm going to sleep for another couple hours, so that i can wake up at 10.
my goal is to sleep at 2 and wake up at 10 every day.
dunno how well it'll work out though.
