I'm home right now for week and it feels good to do nothing. I'm taking a break from lifting this week; just gonna eat A LOT.
I weighed myself the other day and I weigh ~153 lbs. I'm proud of myself for sticking to it and having the determination and discipline to do this. I only plan to gain more mass and I know I can do it, though I still have a lot to learn and grow.
It's also a good feeling when people who haven't seen you in a few weeks notice a change--it shows me that I am indeed progressing towards my goals.
