Ah-- lots of ways? Russia sometimes sends presents! That are also tanks.

And sometimes Russia goes to visit them in their house and takes them by hand back to Russia's house and keeps them there until they decide to be friends. Always works eventually.

Important thing is not to let new friends leave your sight. Ever. Should be careful, sometimes will try and crawl out of bathroom windows because they are scared of friendships.
