cleopatra status
toby and alex are coming to visit for my birthday (october 1) and i am so so so excited! i miss them a fucking lot. my roommates are of course a problem but we can just hijack the room and act like we own the place (because we do).
libby and i are actually going to have a radio show together! i trained to be a DJ on sunday and it was really cool to learn how to use all the equipment. we talked about ideas for the radio show for like an hour on the train. mostly we've thought of obnoxious gimmicks, like having a button to press that says "COLLEGE!!" when something cool happens. grant will be a regular special guest, under the alias of THE SESHMASTER. we can't think of a name for the show for the life of us, though.
i have too many pointless public transportation odysseys here. yesterday i spent a total of 3 hours on a trip to joann fabrics and they didn't even have what i needed.
here's what my part of the room looks like (backwards), for anyone who wonders:
the work load here is not such a big deal that i can't watch arrested development in libby's room at 2 in the morning.
