He’s trying to do his hair. The problem is the bells-that top spike is so hard to get the bell on. He’s grunting and swearing under his breath as he tries to get it pinned on properly.
Of course, with a voice-only post, it’s hard to tell exactly what’s happening. It sounds more like grunting and other odd noises, with the occasional tinkling bell or the sound of something hitting the floor lightly.]
