--Poached eggs? Why would you need to steal eggs just for a recipe? Do stolen ones simply taste better? I personally can't see the difference. Is there any more--?

Coddled. Coddled. Really, why would you need to be nice to an egg before you cook it? Human recipes are simply beyond me...
