Mad as a Hatter
This Friday night I will be dusting off the DJ cases for Nemesis as part of the tribute and fundraising for Aveline.
With the exception of a few tracks on Saturday at the wake, I haven't done this in a while and may be a little rusty, but that's certainly no reason not to do it. Proceeds from Friday's gig, the profit from the club and whatever Nemesis would pay me as a DJ, are being donated to Aveline's funeral fund. Should that fund actually exceed the cost of the funeral, the additional money will be donated to a worthy charity - Hep. C research, I believe.
So if you're feeling nostalgic for my prior foray into DJ-dom, or want to celebrate in the way Aveline would have preferred (even if you didn't or barely knew her), or just want to enjoy a Friday night ... come along, knock back some quicksilver and get Mad as a Hatter with us!
