The nuclear family
I've had very a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Not partying hard, just a fun time sitting around babbling and playing games. Well, one game in particular, that old classic Nuclear War. I picked up a copy, along with the expansion of Nuclear Escalation, a few years ago after being introduced to it about twelve or thirteen years ago by, if I recall correctly, jesusandrew and lokicarbis. This time it was my turn to introduce it to others; faline_eyes, guilty and Elgy.
On the whole, much better than this time ten years ago; when I was discovering how crap pethedine was and telling lokicarbis and crazyjane13 to help me escape from a dodgy little private hospital if my parents didn't capitulate to my demands. They did capitulate, so it wasn't necessary for my friends to pile into Kolreth's car and start a new adventure. It's the little things that stick in one's mind ...
