developers are generally pieces of shit. waste of space waste of space waste of space.
Considering They took a spot that had some shitty homes, a gas station that had 99 cent 44 oz of frozen cokes an abandoned factory and a field and turned it into this, it's kinda like ok cool, but it just seems they could have done something much better.
currently it's really kind of difficult to find your way into the development bcause it doesnt follow the standard grand haven grid system. Why the fuck not? If it did it would be much more reasonable and perhaps kinda cool. Thy tried to get as much money out of the location as possible.
Currently the water front is just a marsh. An empty field into a marsh. Which is bad-ass. Environmentally and ascetically one could not hope for more at the end of the longest river in michigan, but soon they're to put condos there. I really feel what remains of the riverfront that is not developed should be left to wetlands with a nice lil bike path or park. No sod, no fertilizer/pesticide just a goddamn bike path dudes. On lock down for the environment, for enjoyment and for tourism. Fuckn a
My tirade that doesnt really matter. poop nut
