Tons of snow yesterday which did not stop our friend Carl dropping by for a impromptu visit. (Carl loves snow very much, keeps calling for it a lot. Maybe too much.)
We talked about his parents trip to Australia and New Zealand, our jobs, and movies. He left with a list of movies a page long. And I have more suggestions.
Getting around on Kingston's sidewalks was not great fun but I missed the worst of the midday traffic so I could hop on the streets every now and then.
Made plans for seeing a documentary movie called Cameraperson this Wednesday at The Screening Room with my movie buddy.
My dinner guests begged off dinner tonight so rescheduling for next Sunday maybe.
The Hubby and I have been power watching an anime this past weekend. We watched KONOSUBA - God's Blessing on the Wonderful World season one, a rather fanservicy harem series about an average Japanese male who dies and is given a chance to be reincarnated in a parallel universe to fight the Devil King and his commanders with the help of the Goddess Aqua (his chosen wish item/person), Megumin the Demon Mage who loves explosive magic only, and Darkness the Crusader who is a masochist who can take a beating but can't hit anything with her sword.
I finished up the Uta Prince no Sama series to date, my current guilty pleasure. A reverse harem series about Japanese Idols and the girl who composes their beautiful songs. It's a cotton candy series for my tired brain so don't judge me.
