Having gone gluten free I think I've lost an inch or so since my work pants feel a bit roomier around the waist. The meals have been more filling. I really like the Mock Mac& Cheese made with cauliflower. The Parmesean Chicken could use some mushrooms in the sauce. The bread tastes better with cinamon. And I am beginning to realize hw much I don't miss junk food or fast foods.
