Happy Robbie Burns Day!
I had dinner at the Sir John Publican House, the Scottish themed pub on King St. I had the Veggie Haggis on a Portobello mushroom cap, the gravy was spicier than anticipated but the whipped turnips were wonderful. I found out something better though - they have Deep Fried Mars Bars on the menu. So guess where The Hubby and I are going for Valentines Day for dinner?
Went to Nexus to start my LARP note and caught up with some of the regulars at Dungeons and Dragons Encounters. One of them will be a daddy this summer. The Hubby had to run the game because the DM was sick but no one died on his watch but it was the first encounter of this module.
Spent most of the night updating my little Netbook and removing software I rarely use. Poor wee thing is still chugging along as best it can.
