I had a blast last night.
eleryth's going away party was fun, especially the Win, Lose or Draw game. The list of the 250 best or most important movies from IMDB was fun to work with. We got one short form for The Lord of the Rings Trilogy already, the All Seeing Eye of Sauron. Diggy did pretty well considering she had not seen many of the movies she got but her drawing skills were helpful. I did 14 Angry Men instead of 12 Angry Men. We were thrown for a loop by misconstruing something said about foreign titles and nearly blew Princess Mononoke on the first try.
Got to see to see the cutest tricolour Basenji going into the apartment building. He looked familiar and then I looked up at his owner. She is a friend of eleryth I met last year so I got to see this handsome dog more during the party.
Had a couple of swigs of the caramel Schnapps that went around and it would be best with ice cream. But at least I wasn't drinking Colt 45 beer (or malt liquor) like the guys.
The we played Rock Band. Pick the look attitude of the band was fun. Kidz eet Vr33 was the band name. kusanivy had the most fun on the drums. I sang a couple of songs but I think I make a better back up singer. Most of us did pretty well on the instruments and a couple were better at singing. Slow songs are very deceptive to sing because they require better vocalization techniques but we had fun all the same.
So eleryth got a good send off. I hope the recipes come in handy for stress relief or study classes. Best of luck at school girl.
