Taking a day off.

I usually volunteer today but I am finding that other stuff in the apartment need attention. It's been a busy few days.

OTAQu was fun. I think we should seriously ban the4thhokage from playing Win, Lose or Draw. He got Maison Ikkoku with little effort. One of the fun parts was too hard selections that got nixed by the Exec had to be drawn by the Exec. I got Gantz, a series I never saw. I drew an ant and hoped someone would figure it out. We then watched the series.

I went to see Casion Royale with The Hubby. I loved it. I loved the chase sequence in Madagascar the most. It was a satisfying Bond movie. And it was my first Saturday off work in a long time.

Went to Rohan's birthday party. He liked the attachable cars I got him. (phew!) Buddha Baby was eyeing them too so I know what to get him now. The banana cake was delicious and practical in small loaves. I had a good time at a toddler's birthday party.

I was offered a ride but I felt restless so I opted to walk to the bus stop. I hate the pretentiousness of the housing development calling their house "victorian style". Victorian houses do not have the garage door as it's main front feature.

I walked to the next bus stop which counted as my exercise for the day. It's a half hour walk between stops for that leg of the Sunday service journey. Got to see a part of the township I usually zoom by, like Vague Dude's High School.

And that's what I've been doing.

birthday party, otaqu, anime, kingston, movies
