Back in Buddha Baby's good graces.
I had been away so long in March that Buddha Baby started treating me like a stranger. It's day three that I am here this week so he is warming up to me again. Apparently after I left yesterday and June returned he poked his head out the front door to look for me. This morning he was more keen to be with me, he even wanted to be comforted by me when June and Tad left.
So we toast with Nutella. (Nothing cuter than a baby's face covered in Nutella.) We went outside on the patio and he played with a white rock for about a half hour. Then we went for a walk in the creek area. We saw a lot of birds, a dead snake, a live snake, and some minnows. We checked out the tops of last year's bull rushes which were still very fuzzy. Overall a nice little safari in the back yard.
Now we are watching My Neighbour Totoro. The kid has taste.
