We have decided in the last week or so to finally get off our butts and get the condo prepped to sell so that we can find a house that has a 3rd bedroom for an eventual 2nd child. Over the weekend we did the open house thing working on finding out what the market looked like and how others had prepped their homes for sale.
We think that we are in pretty good shape, some maintenance that we have deferred needs to be caught up on, but while we were staying there it wasn't that important.
