Gateway (And Acer AND the Better Business Bureau) Suck, Part VII

As you know, The Better Business Bureau shills for business; it hardly represents consumers.

If you can get to this page you can read the BBB's rating of Gateway, which had "only" 2,453 complaints ***to the BBB*** in the last three years. http://www.labbb.org/BusinessReport.aspx?CompanyID=13101021
How many people crappy experiences but don't bother or have better sense than to waste their time complaining to the BBB?

Of course the BBB believed Gateway's assurance that our complaint had been address and closed the complaint ... without asking us. We are re-filing the complaint.

But we're still ahead of the game: Others have returned new computers five and six times, and received them back unfixed or not fixed properly.

Let me say it again: Gateway sucks. As do Acer and the BBB.
