[He's still learning how to use this device but he recognises the look in those eyes and if he can say anything to help he'll try like hell. The blonde nervously turns on his camera.]

I.. I know.. I know we don't know each other but.. well.. umm.. are.. are you all right Sir? If you are needing someone talk to you, I will.. I will try distract you yes? If I can...

[He bites his lower lip, was this a mistake? First sign of anger and he's turning this thing off, if he can work out how.]

[...Yeah, can't say he's really been referred to like that before.]

I'm not any kind of sir. I'm just a kid.

[Though at the second part...]

...Yeah, I'm fine.

[Raivis doesn't like to assume anyone is the age they look, it's safer to assume they have superiority. He nods at the statement about being just a kid though, and his heart goes out to the boy, after all, no child should have to have been crying like that without someone around, right?]

... well... I.. I don't really know your name yes? Oh.. right.. you, you don't know mine either huh? I'm Raivis. It's very nice to be meeting you. Umm, well, if it can be called meeting, since we're not face to face, but well...

[He realises he's babbling somewhat and shakes his head, smiling at the other gently]

You have been being here a long time?

[At first he looks bewildered, but... his manner of speaking and personality get a small smile from Wataru.]

...It's nice to meet you, Raivis. I'm Wataru.

I've been here a while, yeah. It's almost a year.

[He got a smile! This gesture alone makes the gentle smile on the Latvian's face grow a little more, he nods eagerly.]

Wataru. It is wonderful to be getting to know you yes? Oh! But..

[He trails off as he realises something somewhat important..]

A... a year?! Th-then we are.. we are being stuck here forever?!

[A year is a long time to him, even with all the years he's already lived and what about his people? Oh god.. what about his people?! His face goes paler than before, the smile dropping, his lower lip going back into his mouth drawn in by his teeth for a few minutes.]

Is... is there any way out of here?

[When he notices Ravis' expression, his own smile falters.]

Not forever. There's a way to go back without really leaving here, and a way to leave for real. But nobody knows how to do it on purpose.

[He just upset the child again didn't he? Oh.. oh god...]

I'm... I'm sorry, it's just.. I wasn't expecting to be coming here, and well... I am not wishing for my people to be worried about me... or not to be there when I am returning...

[He forces a smile, trying to make the other smile again for him, he didn't want to upset anyone! He was trying to make him feel better not worse!!]

I'm... I am sure I will be finding it in time... right?

Oh, so you're worried about the people back home? Don't be! Time doesn't pass there like it does here. You'll be okay.

[He's smiling again, but more out of reassurance than anything else.]

It... doesn't pass there like here? O-ok...

He nods slowly, he thinks he gets it, although he's still a little confused, but then children have wonderful imaginations right? Yeah, that's right, this is a kid, he mustn't forget that. He doesn't want to frighten him or upset him further...]

So... you are having one of these creatures too?

[ The camera pans down to the little larvitar beside him, currently with it's face in the ground apparently having a good snack. He sighs softly but doesn't try to stop it again.]

Do they all do this?

You mean the Pokémon? Yeah, I have a bunch of them! You kinda collect them if you've been around long enough. Let's see...

[He fishes around his pocket, only to realize he doesn't actually have his Pokéballs with him. Which... makes sense, because if he did that would mean his Pokémon had been utterly neglected for an entire week.]

...Er, or maybe not. It looks like I don't have them with me right now.

[tearfulyandere]

[the look of amusement on the young teen's face can not be disguised when he fishes around only to find nothing.]

So yours come out of that strange ball thing too? umm.. might be odd question, but.. well.. how do you get it to go back -in- to the ball?

[the barked sound comes from the creature beside Raivis and the boy falls over fully as he backs away from it quickly.]

Umm.. n-never mind.. ap-apparently it.. it doesn't want to...

[No chance in hell is he forcing that thing to do -anything- it doesn't want to, he's already felt it's teeth once! He releases a nervous giggle but makes no attempt to re-approach his commander pet.]

Do you have any like this one?

If you want it to go back, you just have to point the Pokéball at it and push the button in the middle. But... if it doesn't wanna go back, it'll probably just dodge it.

I don't have a Larvitar, but I have something that started out looking a little like it. He was a Totodile back then, and he looked like a small blue crocodile.

A... blue crocodile?

[He looks through the little booklet he got at long last, trying to find this Totodile before nodding slowly.]

I see... I see...that's sort of cute, but very big teeth yes? Hmm.. maybe if I catch this thing when it's not looking or expecting me? I think I can get it then!

The one I got was because I started out with it. He's my most loyal Pokémon partner here!

You started with it? Wow.. I'm umm.. glad I didn't, I think I would have been dinner...

I'm sure you wouldn't. He's really nice. He won't bite anything unless it's because we're in a battle with another Pokémon.
