Certain things from our world exist, in some of the buildings, and various people that are fictional in our world are real here. Harry Potter lives here, along with Grantaire from Les Miserables.

[Obviously, the latter is much more important to her than some wizard who survived a bad wizard or whatever those books were about.]

But, as a general rule -- no. I have apparently been here since October -- it's the end of March, now -- but I went missing for a week. I've only just arrived, but I don't remember anything of my previous stay here.
