Under what circumstances, if any, is it okay to break the law?

I'm the leader of a team of professional criminals who break the law every day in order to help those the law can't assist. Those wronged by big government, big business, or just big pains in the collective ass. I'm pretty sure that I'm okay with breaking the law.
The funny thing is, a few months ago I would never have imagined saying that. I still remember that first day when Victor Dubenich approached me in that airport bar with those files on my team. I remember telling him I had dealt with them all at one point or another and that they would never work together. I've always considered myself the one honest man in the middle of a gang of criminals. But the more things go on, the more I find that area is starting to look a little grey.
Maybe it's just my obsessive personality, but I don't see myself changing anytime soon. I suppose I'd better get used to the grey area.
