John goes to Sydney!

Howdy guys!

We're all sci- fi people here, right? We are - I know we are. It's part of the reason we're all friends. :-)

I'm taking a solo show to Sydney for the very first time! It goes from the 27th - 30th April! I need to sell 600 tickets so I can have a sold out show!

So, do you guys know anybody in Sydney who might want to see a critically- acclaimed comedy about cartoons, cosplay, Star Trek, video games and a family barbecue gone wrong? Ukulele included.

Please spread the word among your Sydney fellows!

Details are as follows:

John Robertson's "Dragon Punch!" (True Confessions of a TV- Watching Man- Child Trapped Like A Rat in the Age of Mobile Goddamn Everything)

WHERE: The Seymour Centre, Sydney University, Chippendale
WHEN: 9pm, 27th - 30th April
COST: $20/ $15 - tickets are $15 if you book a group of 10, I believe.
WHAT: Stand- up comedy for geeks (isn't all of it? No, this is the real deal.), but not just for geeks, for families, for mums and dads and alternative rockers and heavy metal men, for everybody you know who was ever born, but nobody who has yet died. From the man who hosts all the cosplay competitions at Supanova, writes for CLEO Magazine, was once an Australian Idol and spends 9 months of the year travelling to do things like this.

Huzzah!

Thanks guys,

John
