Here’s another quick and fun translation - it’s of the one page from the Gintama anime guide book that gives character settings and descriptions from the 'Kintama' AU.
Thanks to
moonythestals for her help in figuring out a couple of the sentences. There are still places in this that I’m not 100% sure about, so feel free to offer corrections/suggestions if you think them necessary. ♥

First off, a scan of the two pages in question. Click to get the full-size image to come up.

The three blurbs of green text on the page, going from right to left, read:
In Shinjuku's Kabukicho, and with the rise of a band of foreign-style hosts, Japanese hosts have been struggling along on the path to decline.
However, here is a duo that respectively have natural, foreigner-like golden hair and a split chin [1]. They are the mysterious idler, Sakata Kintoki, and Shinjuku's former number one host, 'split-chinned Shinpachi'.
Now, welcoming the female boss of a China mafia as a patron, these two men make their dash onto the sinful night streets!!
Next, character descriptions, starting with 'Kintoki' and going roughly counterclockwise to end with 'Yorozuya Shin-chan'. (The best for last, perhaps? ^_^*)
Kintoki
A man who has since birth had golden hair, just like that of a foreigner. Was an easygoing unemployed, but, at the request of the split-chinned Shinpachi, reluctantly started into the host profession. Uses an unflattering yet reasonable and consistent attitude toward customers as his weapon (e.g. his greatest asset). Has swiftly made passage onto the lurid night scene as a handsome, Japanese-style host.
Shinpachi
Formerly the most popular host in Shinjiku, but fell from favor when the band of foreign hosts gained prominence. Wishes to team up with Kintoki and rise again.
Kagura
The female boss of a Chinese-style mafia. As the patron of Kintoki and Shinpachi, keeps on making excessive orders with her money [2]. From time to time, it appears that she holds a dangerous, deepening trust [for the two of them]...?
Ayano, Catherine
Frequent customers that lavish money upon Kintoki. In front of Kintoki, they use the names 'Otose' and 'Cathy', respectively.
Hasegawa
Was a favored host at a reputable club, but was fired due to certain things that happened. Since then, has been moving quickly through the streets of life's fallen.
Sarutobi Ayame
Patron of the Shinsengumi [3]. As to why Kintoki -- who had previously had his sights on them -- has now turned his attentions to Tae...this is currently making her father Katakuriko worry.
The blonde-haired, blue-eyed foreign-series hosts
Starting from the left -- Musashi, Toshinio, Kondy, Sou, and the Shinsengumi's beloved steed, the white horse Jimmy (who greatly loves sausages). With their multinational appeal, this group of four people and one horse has all at once leapt onto the scene as leading figures of the night streets.
Otae, Kyuubei
Hostesses working at the Ozura snack bar [4]. Always taking gifts from princes of random, distant stars and then sending them flying -- In any case, a pair that never ceases causing trouble.
Yorozuya Shin-chan (<--- 'Shin' as in 'Shinsuke' ^_^*)
The local utility man/jack-of-all trades, but one that doesn't seem to see any point in accepting anything other than dangerous jobs. Languidly running his business along with his assistants Takechi and Matako, as well as his pet, Nizou. (o_0)
Snack Bar Ozura
Run by Zurako and Mademoiselle Saigou; a place where adults go to heal. Their pet, Elizabeth, is of a rare species, of which there are only a few dozen left in the entire universe.
In conclusion:
I hope people have fun reading this, as certainly I did have fun typing it up. No matter how many times I look at the picture, the bottom-right corner never fails to make me smile. ♥
(Someone, anyone -- please write Takazura fic with Zurako and Yorozuya Shin-chan? ^_^*)

Notes:
[1] Literally, Shinpachi is described as 'ketsu-ago' -- 'buttock-chin'. >_< (Hopefully, the real Shinpachi will NOT grow up to look like that.)
[2] Kagura's description...this was where I wasn't whether she just kept on buying a lot of stuff with her money, or else actually bought more than she could pay for. Although the English sentence came out to be kind of ambivalent as well. :P
[3] As a random aside -- 'Shinsengumi'(新鮮組) here is written differently from the way it usually is in Gintama (真選組), and also differently from the way it was historically (新選組). The first two characters make up the word for 'fresh', or 'novel'.
[4] For the second character of the store name, I actually couldn't make out the furigana. Given the last picture, though, it feels pretty certain that the whole thing is meant to be pronounced 'Ozura'? xD
