Silent Hunt

Last night on Music For Big Game Hunting, we had a bit of a John Cage special - inspired by the latest 2 notes in his 636-year long piece 'As Slow As Possible' having just been performed in St. Burchardi Church in Halberstadt.

While researching Cage, I found a punk rock version of 4'33" *snort*, it goes for 1'08"
you can have a listen here:

Weirdly enough, I also came across his recipe for pesto:

John Cage's Pesto Sauce

Basil
Canola Oil
Garlic
Miso
Pine Nuts

Almost all portions within reason work
Not much oil

"If something is boring after two minutes, try it for four. If still boring, then eight. Then sixteen. Then thirty-two. Eventually one discovers that it is not boring at all." --John Cage.
