It would have been subbed by haruma_subbed right away, but actually yelloweito told me that's it's being in progress by a fansubgroup, but this was quite a loooong time ago and I'm not sure if they're still working on it. I've sent her a PM and will let you know as soon as I've got an answer..:D
btw my name was only mentioned because I uploaded the HQ version of the Hanamaru video, not because I translated it or something..;P
