I'm back!
Hey LJ pals and gals! I achieved my dream and got my Bachelor's Degree and now I am taking a step by step process in achieving a new dream: book author. :D But first I need to get life things in order that I couldn't due to school (like finishing my cosplay for Anime North). Oh ya, and my presentation was a success. Everyone loved it! I kept getting compliments. :D
So the strangest thing happened not too long ago. I had just finished making dinner (chicken and corn) when there's a knock on my door. I look through the curtain to see a college friend and she wants to take me out to dinner, her treat. 0.0 Instead of having a rain check or telling her I had just made dinner, I told her sure. As we chatted I put my dinner in the fridge, put my computer to sleep, grabbed my keys, and we headed out. She bought me dinner and an ice cream afterward. I was fine until the ice cream caught up with me and made me shiver. :) Then we went home and said we'd see each other another day (she lives in upper Vermont) and it was fun! I am so happy. Plus I have dinner made for tomorrow; I just gotta heat it up. lol So since I'm drinking caffeine (I usually don't drink any til the weekend) I'm going to be up all night. What to do? Sewing! Ya! I'm a night owl anyway and since I've got a caffeine burst I can stay up later working on my projects. Hee hee hee
Okay, the caffeine has awoken the child within.... Later gators!
