[Haruhi is sitting at a desk doing what one has to assume is some sort of clerical work. She's wearing what looks like the traditional white nurse outfit that has been out of fashion since the 1960's at the latest.

She holds up what looks like a rather old fashioned script.]

Doctor Yujinn needs this much lithium? That seems a bit extreme .... [

Doctor, are you certain that much lithium is required? It seems an awfully lot to does that patient with.

I would rather not, but some of the more dangerous patients require it; otherwise the board wpould push to have them lobotomized.

That's true. Though I wonder if some of the doctors could use a dose of it too

How are your rounds going today?

They've been going well enough. One of my patients was confined to colitary without my knowledge however.

Oh? It was one of the other doctors then? Should I alert administration?

I'm not sure what it was. I know Haruki can be violent sometimes. I just wish I had been informed.

They shouldn't have done anything without your consent doctor.

[She looks rather confused.]

Well, it is strange that everyone seems to have the same delusion. I wonder if we should limit patient interaction with one another.

Ah, I was referring to the doctors. They seem off these past few days.

But you are right. It seems as if many of the patients are suffering from the same delusion.

One of them even knew my name even though he is a new admittance.

They seem to be less professional as of late. Do you think perhaps they could be overworked?

Of course. That's the only logical explanation.

We have had a large influx of patients lately. It may be that some people are taking the strain badly.

Shouldn't we encourage them to take leave then? Before patients or staff are harmed due to carelessness.
